Markzone ("we", "us") provides guest post and link building services through markzone.org. For any privacy question, contact us at company@markzone.org.
2. Data we collect
- When you contact us or request a quote: your name, email address, website, and the details you send us (niche, service, budget, messages).
- When you order and pay: order details and payment information such as your name, payment email or wallet address and transaction ID. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer), not by us.
- Business contact details: to find publishers and partners, we use business contact information that is publicly available, such as contact addresses listed on websites.
- Technical data: our hosting server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes (to take steps you ask for before a contract).
- To deliver your order, send reports and handle payments (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep our website secure and to contact businesses about our services (our legitimate interests). You can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Who we share it with
- Publishers: only what is needed for your placement, such as the article and your target URL.
- Payment providers: PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or the crypto network you pay with.
- Service providers: our web hosting and email providers.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our team and some providers are based outside the UK. When data is transferred, we take steps to keep it protected.
6. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order and payment records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal reasons.
7. Cookies
Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to stop marketing emails. Email company@markzone.org. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted access and other reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
