1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Markzone ("we", "us") to you, the client. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our services

We arrange guest posts, link insertions, brand listicle placements, content writing and white-label link building on third-party publisher websites. We do not own these websites. Each publisher decides what it publishes and keeps its own editorial rules.

3. Quotes and prices

• Prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise.
• Prices on our pricing page are starting prices. The price of each site is confirmed in your quote or shortlist.
• Publishers can change their prices. A quote is valid for the time stated in it, or 7 days if no time is stated.

4. Payment

• We accept PayPal, Wise, Payoneer and crypto.
• Depending on the publisher, payment is due either before the post is published or after it goes live. We tell you which applies to each site before you order.
• If payment due after publication is not made, we may ask the publisher to remove the post.

5. Content

• You can send your own article or ask us to write one. Content you send must be original and legal, and you must have the right to use it.
• Publishers may edit content, ask for changes, or add labels such as "sponsored" according to their rules. Where we know this in advance, we tell you.
• We do not accept orders for casino, betting or gambling, adult content, illegal products or services, or anything misleading or harmful. Crypto and CBD orders are accepted only on sites that allow them, after you contact us first.

6. Delivery

Most placements go live within 3–5 days of your approval and payment (where payment is due in advance). Some publishers take longer, up to a maximum of 14 days. When your placement is live, we send you a report with the live URL.

7. Guarantee and refunds

Our 8-month money-back guarantee, replacements and refunds are described in our Guarantee & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No ranking guarantee

We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic or business result.

9. White-label orders

For agency orders we do not contact your clients, and our reports do not need to show our name.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for decisions or actions of publishers, search engines or other third parties beyond what is stated in these terms and our guarantee. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
