What happens if a publisher declines your post, or a link is removed later.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
If your guest post or link is removed within 8 months of going live, you choose what happens:
To use the guarantee, email company@markzone.org with the live URL from your report.
The guarantee does not cover removal caused by changes on your side, for example if the page your link points to is deleted, redirected, or starts showing content the publisher does not allow.
Publishers make the final decision about what they publish. If a publisher declines your post or cannot publish it, you choose what happens next:
Once a post is published, the publisher has been paid for it. Apart from the 8-month guarantee above, live placements are not refunded, for example for a change of mind.
Many publishers do not edit posts after publication. If you would like a change, we will ask the publisher, but we cannot guarantee they will agree. A publisher not making an edit after publication is not a reason for a refund.
Please check the article, link and anchor text carefully when we send it to you for approval before publication.
Some publishers need payment in advance and others are paid after the post goes live. We tell you which applies to each site before you order.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Search results depend on many things outside our control. Our guarantee covers the placement itself.
Refunds are sent using the same method you paid with where possible (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or crypto). For crypto payments we refund the US dollar amount of the original order.
